Some nice pics from Analog Heaven Midwest 2006 up on the [Retrosynth](http://www.retrosynth.com/slideshow/20060325_ahmw/) site. As a militant smoker, I particularly appreciate the nice tobacco-burst color of that Putney. You see too many in white; it's good to see one in cigarette-tar orange for a change.

the tabletop FIZZMO (christened the Fashizmo by Alex Rogers) was a piece i bought because the dude took an hacksaw to it in a stoned rampage and i was able to talk him down to a hundred bucks.

personally i'd rather have the keyboard version. in the mean-time i'm going to rackmount it. hopefully that will work out.
