Some really good deals...

From the original Analog Industries archive. Some links and images from that era no longer resolve.

I’m loath to give up this link, but we may be moving soon (again) and I don’t need to be aquiring anything else for the time being. So, in the interests of spreading the wealth, I give you Robert Van Dyke’s price list. I think that Mr. Van Dyke is in the business of dealing with vintage radio equipment, but there is a lot of crossover in to our end of the business. (Audio is, after all, audio. Most early recording studios used modified broadcast consoles.)

There are some really good deals to be had on a lot of stuff here. The caveat is that you pretty much have to call, which is (I know) a stressful adventure to those of us that are used to the Interwebs. He has several Gates and Ampex consoles, and a lot of choices for vintage American mic pres, compressors, EQs, et al. The prices are very reasonable, and I’m given to understand he is an easy guy to deal with. So have at it, and don’t say I never gave you anything.
