Here ’tis. The Official Word is that you get 32 channels at 44.1/48, so 16 stereo tracks, if that’s what floats your boat. At 96kHz, halve that figure. Plus one buss compressor. Also, the skinny is that the code for the channel strip is lifted straight from the SSL C200 console, while the 2-buss compressor is a clone of the one on the 4000G. That makes them significantly different than the Waves products. I can’t wait for a head-to-head of the two products.
