The Blacet modular, the Univox EC100, and the Neumann PEV are spoken for, so they're off the block. Here's a current list of what I'm unloading, with suggested prices. If you want to make an offer, I'll seriously consider it, as long as it isn't a complete joke:

**SCI Prophet 2000 sampler:** In excellent condition electronically. 7/10 cosmetically. Analog filters. A few disks. Makes an excellent controller, or you can resample drum loops and such. I use it mainly for resampling softsynths to give 'em a little oomf. $225

**Oberheim Matrix 6:** You know what this is. It is in generally okay shape; could probably use a good cleaning inside. The mod levers are a bit scratchy. Otherwise fine electronically. Cosmetically, 7/10 $175

**TL Audio Dual Valve Mic Pre:** This has been with me for years and years. Works like a charm, except the right gain pot has a dead spot at the end of travel. Only a problem if you're using a ribbon mic, really. 2U rack mount, with a grill so you can see all the tubes. $80 (I believe I paid $700 for this in 1996.)

**Eventide H910:** This is the very unit we cloned to make the original Discord. The right (delay only) channel occasionally has some distortion. The pitch shifting channel works like a charm. I imagine a recapping would put it in to excellent health, but if you just want the pitch shifting part, you're good to go. Cosmetically, it is 7/10. $150

**Behringer Eurorack Pro:** 16-input 1U line mixer. Get this fucking thing out of my studio, please. I promise I won't make fun of you for it. Basically like-new condition. $50

**Groove Tubes Ditto Box:**Valve D.I. I don't like it. Maybe you will. Basically new, and comes with complimentary suck. $50

**Blue Ball microphone:** I don't like this either. Some kind of crazy person thought a phantom-powered dynamic mic was a good idea. $50

There will be more. Paypal only. I'll ship anywhere, buyer determines method and pays. [Drop me a line](mailto:chris@positronrecords.com) if you're interested in any of this stuff. I can deliver the keyboards anywhere from Corvallis up to Seattle.

I dunnno...the use of the word behringer on april 1st seems to be a bit suspicious.

**Chris Randall** (2006-04-02):

Not really. In fact, it's perfectly appropriate.

In any case, that's no joke. I used it on one 10-show tour last year as a keyboard submixer, because the pre-tour activities ate me alive, fiscally speaking, and I needed a submixer, so I sucked it up.

I don't cotton to April Fools shit. You can rest assured that this site will never have anything of that sort on it.

The Prophet 2000 is really cool... not as cool as the Emulator II, but still pretty awesome! (I have an old sampler fetish, I admit) But with shipping to Toronto, Canada (and duty) it is out of my price range (it weighs as much as a small child, doesn't it? Shipping and over 15%+ duty is just gonna be too much!).

Someone will probably buy it, but if someone doesn't and you drop the price, please keep us updated.

**Chris Randall** (2006-04-02):

It's actually not that bad. It looks like about $58 to Toronto via parcel post. They still charge duty even if I mark it as a gift? Drag.

Not always. The Customs people work in mysterious ways. I've had good luck with things marked as gifts, but I've never had anything shipped that was larger than a human head.

**evilrockbass** (2006-04-03):

Is the Wurlitzer Sideman you mentioned in the earlier post still up for grabs?

I might be interested if the price is right (also located in Toronto, guess there are a lot of gearheads up here).

Yeah, I'm gonna sell that. However, I wonder whether you're going to want it after you find out what freight to Toronto is going to cost. I'd wager at least $300 if not more.

Although, what price history?
