I would think that _either_ playing a sousaphone or riding a unicycle would be enough. There's really no reason to combine the two that I can come up with.

I think this is just another example of things english people think are entertaining (like that clip of the show with the kid that won the Wasp...)

I don't know if that's a cultural thing. I mean, the English thought Pink Floyd and the Beatles were entertaining long before we hipped to them. Plus, we came up with reality TV, which is a big minus in our column.
