At least he chose an appropriate moniker. A utenzil is pretty much the same thing as a tool
It allows him to improvise freely using his experience as a gutiarist, it also seems to allow him to invert light. Impressive device.
I think he's actually finding edges, not inverting light, for what it's worth.

i never thought i'd see the day that the 25 keys on an oxygen 8 would prove to be too many keys for someone...
For all the "guitar" virtuosity he utilized, he might as well have just duct-taped an Oxygen8 to his chest. Did anyone else get the impression that he's a deaf-mute?
I'm a big fan of alternative midi controllers. Could never get into triggering things on a keyboard myself, but man was this lame! I think I would have actually enjoyed it more if he shredded off into keytar fucktard heaven. Could he have played less notes more poorly? For what might have been a nice piece of technology, this was just embarrassing.
The facial expression at 2:38 is particularly barftastic.
