My thinking with the previous round was that (a) the people that don't want an asphalt one far outweigh those that do, and (b) people that already have a Delia tee don't want the asphalt one, by and large. Thus, we'll have a second round of voting, brown versus asphalt. So, back to our nameless Silverlake hipster...

Whichever one wins, we'll start pre-orders tomorrow morning, and they'll run for four days.

(Poll removed because it's made of fail. Brown won.)

This is some exciting happenings for my day off. I'm getting computer stuff done it's like 60 out, the windows are open, birds are singing, I can barely hear the highway or train or construction because it's so nice to hear the birds out my window and then I see we get the Brown showdown going down.

What a day!

So this is my final argument for the brown.

Tape, that fine archaic storage format, is many versions of brown. A nice tribute to an individual who got loose with the tape.

That is all.

**shamann** (2009-04-17):

I had initially gone with asphalt. But I've changed my opinion to brown, since I have several shirts already that are all variations on dark grey.

**Chris Randall** (2009-04-17):

MrMZ has a good point, and one I hadn't thought of. That shirt is almost exactly the color of the print side of Ampex 499.

i'd be hard pressed to find anything in my wardrobe that isn't some shade of gray.

down with the brown? ok.

**Chris Randall** (2009-04-17):

Sorry, but I had to take the polls out because they were choking the page. Brown was way ahead when I stopped it, which isn't surprising. So we're going to do brown. I have the art and mockup from Stefan here now, and the t-shirt company on standby. I'll put up the store page tomorrow morning, and it'll stay up until Tuesday morning, thus giving everyone all the time they need. Same prices as last time.

(Except for the pokey guy that wrote me yesterday asking if he could still order the Delia T.)

I am pro-Brown, myself.

Of course, I am also actually brown.

Brown rules!

Well, not Gordon Brown. He only rules on paper.

A beer for Chris in the meantime. Can't wait to place an order now!

**dualphin** (2009-04-17):

Well, I suppose Modern Culture and Media, as well as Egyptology, and Science Building Tetris rule as well. Does East Side Pockets still rule?

This feels like my worst comment ever.

**Chris Randall** (2009-04-17):

It's definitely up there.

I thought that was one of those spambots that puts random phrases on message boards until I thought I recognized the name.
