Back To Business...

Okay, that was fun, but it’s time to return to the matters at hand. In no particular order:
1. Are You Fucking Kidding Me? Apparently, the raging cuntfuck that owns the house we live in hasn’t been paying his mortFUCKYOUSPAMMERgage. As a result, my (snail) mailbox is suddenly full to the brim with foreFUCKYOUSPAMMERclosure-related materials. As it happens, the President did us a solid, though, in the form of the Helping Families Save Their HoFUCKYOUSPAMMERmes Act Of 2009. There is now rather strict federal law dealing with this, so we don’t have to worry about Sheriff Joe showing up on our doorstep to put us out or anything. Even so, a rather major annoyance that will no doubt turn in to the usual rolling clusterfuck before it is all over. Be prepared for me to bitch long and hard about that.
2. Replicant 1.5. This is pretty close to done. Just have to finish placing the UI elements while Adam works on the new MIDI features. It may be out next week. I’ll show the UI here once it’s completed, of course. But it’ll look like a cross between the existing Replicant and the Axon/D3 style.
3. Next T-Shirt. I’ve started to ponder the next AI t-shirt, and am accepting ideas in that regard. Post away.
EDIT: I had to add some words to this post to keep it from showing in Google searches that content spammers use. You can probably figure out what I added.

Well, in keeping with the theme of Diamond Dave quotes on AI t-shirts, I think "DO YOU KNOW WHAT A HATE CRIME IS?!" would be pretty sweet conversation starter when you're trying to pick up women...

Is there at least any way to flip this foreclosure to your favour? Maybe score it for a song at auction? Does being the current tenant give you any sort of dibs on that action?
I'm sure I'm just being naïve -- I'm a homeowner, but in a sane housing market (Canada). Not much experience with this kind of thing.

"We will not take amateurs" doesn't look too shabby. "I'm with boobs" is great, but wouldn't go down well with my gf (well, it would, but it woulnd't be anywhere near the truth).

You mentioned a Tadao Kikumoto t-shirt a while back, I think. It's possible I may have imagined it though.
That sucks about your house. I read that a third of US households have negative equity at present, whereby their mortgage is worth more than their house. That's fucked up but I've been happy with how cheap the US dollar is getting.
i have had a similar thing happen - it's not fun. i was renting a house and the guy that owned it had fallen behind on his mortgage payments and had also failed to tell his mortgage lender that he was letting it out and this is not allowed in the UK unless it is a specific buy-to-rent mortgage i think...thus, i had threatening letters arrive (thinking i was the owner) and a weekends notice to move out and later had to attend a court hearing between the house owner and the bank to say that i was an innocent party! not fun at all. you have my symphonies.
