Here's a quick run-through of Phosphor's capabilities. Nothing fancy; the first half is a general collection of sounds, and the second half hits the highlights of the UI.

Wow, great tutorial. Makes me want to run into the studio right now. The typo has to be killing you after hours of rendering. :(

**bleen** (2011-02-01):

Killer! I'm hoping to finally have some time this week to start farting around with this synth. Bad ass!

**ehdyn** (2011-02-01):

Pitch offset sounds nice, cross-feedback too. Is it possible to automate the partials?

**RGiskard** (2011-02-01):

@ehdyn No. More details here: http://www.analogindustries.com/blog/entry.php?blogid=1295281687950&pg=3#comments #4

@Jeff: there's a couple. They're typos. Not the end of the world. People make mistakes, and other people understand that.

tasty.

**synthetic** (2011-02-01):

Sorry. At least you didn't print 5000 copies with the typo or pay $$ to create a giant sign with a typo, like I've been known to do.

**Chris Randall** (2011-02-01):

And now I can say "what typos?"

Very cool, that and Axon will definitely be my next AD purchases. May I ask what screen capture software you use? Camtasia has been suggested to me but I'm still looking around.

**Chris Randall** (2011-02-01):

That particular video is Screenflow, which is Mac only. When I do videos early in the process, and I only have the PC version of the plug available to me, I use Snaggit, which works okay. Neither Camtasia or Snaggit (or Screenflow, for that matter) can deal with any audio interface more sophisticated than a Soundblaster, so you have to get crafty if you have a complex or even remotely advanced audio rig. I use Voxengo's Recorder plug on Windows, and just line up the audio after the fact. On OS X, I just use the built-in audio.

(I'd use built-in on my PC, but it doesn't have built-in, being a computer made for adult users and not children, like 99.99999% of commercially available PCs.)

The gigantic pain-in-the-ass in this whole operation is remembering the magic words to get whichever screencap program you're using to spit out shit in the right aspect ratio, without squeezing or cropping. I fucking hate video.
