Blue Monday...
From the original Analog Industries archive. Some links and images from that era no longer resolve.

It’s that time of year again. The annual Blue Monday sale at Audio Damage! Use the code HOWDOESITFEEL at checkout for 25% off your entire order; this includes bundles, of course.
EDIT: Sale is over. Thanks, all!
One thing it doesn’t include, however, is Bitcom. Still workin’ on that bad boy. But here’s a picture to salivate over.

Hold on Chris.... the picture is all blurry, DOF is all wrong. I can't actually make out the controls and what they control?! :)
Thanks, but can't use that coupon! I already have every AD plug-ins!
@atlastop: That's actually a screenshot, not a photo. We're trying out a new realistic "hipsterface" look.

Is Bitcom going to be a Reason rack thing as well as a plugin? That be a spiffy every-format-ever kind of launch.
No, VST3, VST2.4, and AU only at launch.

Hipsterface palm... Ah, of course. Looking forward to Bitcom
The only thing I don't own is Dr. Device, and I'm not sure it is different enough from all the other plugins I have to bother buying it. By all means sell me on it!
Bitcom looks like it must be some sort of bit-crushy-thinger.
If I was going to suggest a new AD plugin, I'd propose a granular FSU thinger. I have had some good luck with Granite ( http://www.newsonicarts.com/index.php?page=products ) but something that worked as an insert effect and did some pleasing things would be pretty awesome.
I know that Live has a grain delay, and there are a fair number of Max For Live and Reaktor granular FSU devices, but if you and Adam meditated on the idea I bet you'd bring something new to the table....
I've brought this sort of thing up to Adam several times, but he's a Grain Hater, and it's a tough sell. In much the same way as I am a sidechain and mix knob hater. I know, it's not logical, but there you have it.

You could come out with a plug-in which has just one knob that allows you to MIX the SIDECHAIN with the INPUT AUDIO. You could call it sMIXchain, or SIDECHIX!
Sorry, this code is taking really long to compile...
hey CR - just a curious thing i encountered while going over the FSU Bundle. Does it come with Kombinant or Kombinant Dva? The older Kombinant by itself doesn't seem to be purchaseable by itself, so i assume this is a typo or just older PR material. anyway, just wondering...
/me slaps face - it is Kombinant Dva. the promo picture confused me... sorry - i guess i should have scrolled the page down just a bit more...
@Chair: I love Dr Device. It's very Eventide-sounding, IMO. One of the four AD plugs I use on almost every track.
I feel like I really should have figured out what Bitcom does by now, but I still have no clue.

@chad: Don't feel bad. Adam and I don't, either. It is something of an enigma. It's one of those plug-ins that can get away from you really easy, it must be said.

I'm still holding out hope that it is a bitcoin miner for your DAW.
In fairness, I had to look up what a "bitcoin miner" was, just to make sure the Bitcom _couldn't_ do it. As far as I know, it can't. But this plug-in is mildly self-aware, in the same way that Axon is. So caution should be exercised.

YES!!
I'm excited.
Is it something along the lines of permut8? Because that plugin is awesome.
Argh. DO NOT MENTION PERMUT8 ON THIS BLOG!!! I'm still pissed at Magnus for thinking of that before we did. Until such time as a suitable punishment has been meted out, we shall not speak of it.
That said, no, this is not along the lines of The Unspeakable Thing Of Which We Shall Not Speak. Not really, anyhow.

I swore I wasn't buying another plugin for a while because seriously, I have at least 5 versions of everything I can think of. And then The Plugin Cannot Be Named came out. It's not something I already have. I tried to resist...
But that is what I thought of when I saw the picture. I'm thinking it's going to be something good. I'm right, aren't I?

GUI looks awesome Chris. Love the newer style GUI's the plugs have. Can't wait to hear some demos. Was gonna ask the same thing as Taxist myself. Bought that sucker straight away. *grins*
Copped Tattoo.
Nerve and Goldbaby have been serving me well in the drum department, but samples cant give the tweakability a drum synth can do.... and Attack cant cut it anymore...it sounds good but not as user friendly Tat...
Was thinking for Tattoo... maybe a pattern storage format to fly through kits with the same pattern.
I foresee Elektron doing an analog drumsynth.
Indeed, a pattern format for Tattoo would be pretty swell.
I still think combining you elemental plugs into one unit with some modulation options would be the tits but I'm apparently a minority on that.
Looks cool!
From the look and name I'm guessing its some sort of Tape Emulator/Valve saturator/Digital Analogue 'Phat'ener.... bet I'm close eh!?!
No coffee in me yet, but my last post made no sense, i think. Pattern and kit format...
@ puffer...
Take a look at Ronin or BigSeq2.
